An organization where she spent the bulk of her 18+ year career in leadership roles building high performing teams and leading complex organizational transformation projects. Chelsea is also a self-declared obsessive learner who wears the label of Change Nerd with enormous pride and is highly involved in the global Change Community.
I have known Chelsea for many years, and she's a great friend of mine. She is a deeply empathetic leader who sees you fully, accepts you no questions asked and then does what it takes to make you feel safe enough to show up as your best self.
