Ep. 32 How to share your knowledge without fear of judgement
This is a very tactical episode. I take you through a step by step process showing you how to share your expertise with the world without succumbing to the (very normal) fear of being judged.
So many of the women I speak to and work with have an incredible depth of expertise and yet they are not comfortable (read scared) of sharing that with the world.
One of the best ways to show the world what you do, is to create a simple way of explaining your methodology to solve a specific challenge. Making explicit the way you do things, and sharing the knowledge behind it to make something simpler for somebody else to use removes the perceived threat of judgement.
